Will add more when I can get a couple pics snapped by Yamil, but it’s safe to say that the reason I use a 38 Super instead of 45 is that it is so easy to shoot!

  1. In your 38 Super do you use 38 Super Comp like some do to reduce stacking problems or do you just shoot 38 Super? If Super Comp do you modify the extractor? Thanks

    • Gary,

Right now, the gun is set up for straight 38 Super. I do plan on trying to modify the extractor to run Supercomp because of the magazines. I’ve also heard that Wilson will be making 10 rd 38 Super magazines in their ETM line soon, hopefully that will cure all of the problems!

      • BJ,

I’ve been using Tripp Research Cobramags in my 38 Super carry guns, for a couple of years now. They have been ULTRA reliable. They are true 10 round mags and are easy to load on a closed slide. Wilson advised it will be a while before the ETM is available in 38 Super.
